My name is CeCe Declaw (CP)!

DOB 09/11/18 - This is a courtesy post for a cat that is not in the Dallas Cat Lady system, but we can connect you. 

"CeCe is my Mom’s cat. My Mom has dementia and is in a nursing home. I have had CeCe since August 17, 2024.
She is a silky long haired fully black cat. She is spayed, declawed and current on all her shots. The shots were done on 11-16-2024.
This summer I was home due to surgery. I went back to work full time. CeCe is lonely. She has never been around other animals. I have a mini schnauzer that is 15 years old and prefers not to be around the dog.

She needs a quiet home with a person that’s home or works part time without other animals. She did play with toys but has not done much of that at my house. She loves treats. She only eats dry food. She loves fresh water and will let you know when it needs to be changed.
My Mom let her sleep in bed with her. We do not allow animals in our bed or bedroom. CeCe will come to sit in your lap. She likes to be petted. The first week she hid behind furniture and would not allow us to approach her. She had to be in control and come to us.
She loves to look out the window or the front door window."

Adoption Fees range from $65 - $85 for adult cats and $100 - $150 for kittens and helps cover care and vetting done. We only adopt in the Dallas Metroplex, if you're not in this area, please check your local shelters and pet stores for the local rescues they work with.
