Meet Walker, a Lab/German Shepherd mix puppy with a gentle soul and a heart full of love to give! Born on September 15, 2024, Walker came to Mutts N Such Rescue as part of an accidental litter surrendered by their owner. Though he may not be the biggest in his litter, Walker’s kind heart more than makes up for it. This thoughtful pup can be a little cautious when meeting new people or trying new things, but with patience and encouragement, his sweet and playful side shines through. Walker has long legs perfect for running and exploring, making him a careful adventurer who loves to discover the world at his own pace. He’s ready to form a deep, lasting bond with a family who will guide him gently and help him grow into the loyal and loving companion he’s destined to be. OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR COLORADO BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.
All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas or Colorado. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).
Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
