Barney is a sweet boy with the most beautiful bright, brilliant eyes and playful personality. He has been in foster care since he was a few weeks old and was left kennel by himself until now. He is the most appreciative house, pup ever! It didn’t take long before he found his way to sneak into bed with me. He does great with kids, cats and dogs. He does not bark at night, which is a very pleasant surprise. He has a bright and bubbly personality. Barney is about 30 lbs. Barney will make a wonderful house pup. He is house trained and has no issues at all. Barney is currently in foster care with Ozark Homeward Bound animal rescue in Harrison Arkansas. Do not let distance be a deterrent. There is a Facebook page where you can see videos of him to get to know him. The adoption fee does cover the transport to get him to locations where he is listed or near those locations.

When you request our NONBINDING application, you'll be interviewed by one of our Board members, then put in touch with your chosen pet's foster family. We require that any other pets in your home be neutered & vaccinated. You're under no obligation until you pay the adoption fee and the pet has left our care. Fees include sterilization, all appropriate vaccines, exam and treatment as necessary for parasites and/or other health issues and commercial ground transport if required. All available health records/certifications accompany your pet and all adoptions are guaranteed.
