Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Many of you will remember about six months ago our sweet momma Honeybee gave birth to a whole ton of beautiful purebred yellow lab babies after she'd been surrendered to us along with her boyfriend Tex. One of those yellow babes was Bumble, who is now Casey. Casey is a six month old ball of love whose family dynamic unfortunately changed very drastically, very quickly. Casey's family knew the best thing for Casey's safety and wellbeing was for him to be returned to us, and we welcomed him back with open arms.
Casey is a very typical six month of Labrador who is still learning to be demure . He has plenty of energy, not a whole lot of manners yet, and he loves literally everyone in the world - people of all ages, dogs, cats..you name it Casey wants to love it. Like any puppy, he needs continued training and a family ready to have the puppy mindset. He'd do best in a home with another dog to play with and learn from. He has a true Labrador nose and will countersurf if there's something that smells good within his reach. His mom is petite, and his dad is an average sized male lab so we don't expect Casey to be a big boy as an adult. He is just the happiest boy, and we are so sad he had to come back to us but we know he will have a happy story in the end!
Casey is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and current on prevention. He is fostered in Parrish, Florida and his adoption fee is $400. If you're interested in adding this beautiful yellow boy to your family, please complete an adoption application at the link below or email us at info@love4pawsfl.org for more information!

We are a non-breed specific dog rescue group, although we do tend to take in mostly large and extra-large breeds, and especially those in the hunting / sporting groups.
Love for Paws exists to protect and advocate for dogs in our community through responsible adoption, the donation of supplies and veterinary care to those in need, by assisting in the effort to limit the overpopulation of these animals and by promoting kindness and healthy opportunity for life.
