My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bernie, the Tiny but Fearless Calico Scamp!

Bernie may be just 8 weeks old, but this short-haired merle-patterned calico is packed with personality. She might be the smallest of her litter, but Bernie doesn't let anyone push her around! With her playful, independent nature, she enjoys exploring and getting into mischief-on her own terms, of course.

True to her bold spirit, Bernie is always the first to dive into the food dish, and she loves finding cozy little hiding spots to curl up for naps. She's a cat who knows what she likes and prefers to keep cuddles to a minimum, making her perfect for someone who appreciates a kitten with a mind of her own.

Bernie has been socialized with children, other cats, and even a large dog, so she's ready for a family that understands her playful but independent nature. She'd thrive in a home with cat-savvy people who can read her signals and let her be her spirited, sometimes mischievous self.

If you're looking for a kitten who will bring excitement and a little bit of sass into your home, Bernie might be the perfect addition!

Bernie is awaiting her spay date- At this time she is looking for a foster-to-adopt in the Nanaimo area. Bernie is looking for an indoor-only home to cuddle up in and stay cozy in furrever and ever more!
