Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We adopted Arlo three years ago. He is approximately four years old. Our household includes children and two older dogs. Arlo is great with the two dogs and loves to play with them. He is also good with our children although he is monitored when they are around him. Arlo has lots of wonderful qualities: he loves to play, crates well, he loves playing in water, he fetches, he listens well at home, and he's very smart and quick to learn. The reason we need to rehome Arlo is because he is dog reactive. Arlo has been through Strutt Your Mutt's board and train, and he now heels without pulling on a leash, but we have been unsuccessful with getting him to stop being dog reactive. We think he would do well in a home where there are no children and someone can spend a lot of time with him and continue his training schedule.
