My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ginny & Biscuit (Bonded Pair)
Ginny ~ Short Hair Orange Tabby Spayed Female
Biscuit ~ Short Hair Brown Tabby Neutered Male
Estimated Birthdays: 8/21/2024

My name is Ginny and my brown tabby brother is Biscuit. We are part of the first litter to be rescued as part of the Rochester TNR project to reduce the feral cat population. We are looking for our forever home now and would love to have forever hoomans. My favorite thing is to be carried around the house and I will beg you until you pick me up. I also love playing and cuddling with my brother. My brother is a tad bit more shy, but I am helping him build his confidence. We are good with other cats and children. We saw a dog once and while we are not sure about them my foster mom thinks we will warm up to one. We are easy going once we get comfortable in a space, but we will hide at first while we are observing our new surroundings. If you have a wand toy and want to play, it helps us gain more confidence. We get along well with other animals when properly introduced. All current pets must be fixed and up-to-date on vaccines.

Both kittens are fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and have been treated for parasites. Their adoption fee as a pair is $200. Do you have the purrfect home for this cute brother and sister duo?

Additional adoption info

* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old.
* If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed.
* We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family.
* For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best.
* If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time.
* We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child.

Our adoption fee of $100 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
