Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Oliver is a 3 year old male tabby who was an outdoor cat before we took him in. He is a friendly, healthy, playful boy with a lot of energy who loves toy wands, bell balls, catnip, and treats! Oliver is affectionate and occasionally a lap cat. He uses his cat tower and scratchers diligently. He also likes to watch windows and paw at lizards. Also, he can’t meow. It’s instead a very cute wispy rasp.
I assume because he was a stray, he tends to play a little too rough using his claws and teeth.
Currently looking to re-home because he doesn’t get along with our resident cat (Keagan), who is afraid of him. He is neutered but I suspect he may lack proper socialization with other cats.
Keagan will hiss and flee but he will chase her, getting into her personal space and pouncing. It could be play aggression, but it has resulted in fights.
Although we love Oliver, we don’t think this is the right home for him. With an environment that meets his needs this cat will thrive!
