Hi there! My name is Daisy, and I’m just a little pup, only three weeks old. My mom is a brave survivor—she was rescued when she was scared and starving on the side of the road. Can you believe she was already pregnant with me and my siblings? Thanks to the kind humans at Wild Woods Rescue, we’re safe and sound now.

People say I look a lot like a German Shorthaired Pointer, but I might have some hound and other breeds in me too. I’m too young to know much about myself yet, but I do know one thing: I’m full of love! I already love snuggles, and I think I’ll grow up to be a sweet and loyal girl, just like my mom.

Since I’m still little, I won’t be ready to meet my forever family until January 16, 2025. Until then, I’ll be busy growing, playing, and learning how to be the best pup ever. Maybe you’ll be the one I get to call my person! 🐾

Welcome to Wild Woods Rescue, a grassroots organization. Our mission is to provide loving homes for dogs of all sizes and breeds. We believe every dog deserves a happy life and work tirelessly to make that happen. We travel to Vermont five times a year, re-homing dogs along the way to reach a wider network of adopters. Our dogs are housed in spacious outdoor kennels, giving them room to play and relax. We screen all adopters to ensure safe, loving placements. Join us to adopt, volunteer, or support our cause.
