My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gomez was living on the St. Anne's streets until he invited himself inside our house. He is now in need of a loving (indoor!) home.

Some Gomez facts:
- He is estimated to be 3 years old, but his true age is unknown
- He had been neutered previously as a TNR cat, hence his stylish ear tip
- He is up to date on his rabies and FVRCP vaccine and has been given flea/tick meds and dewormer
- He's got some funky teeth since he lived off of dumpster food for much of life, so he should have a dental cleaning and incisor pulled in the future
- He is FIV-positive, which means he is immunocompromised and should always be kept up to date on vaccines to help keep him healthy!
- He is definitely a lap cat, and will tap you to make you pet him if you stop

**FIV-positive cats can live with other FIV-negative cats without transmitting the virus as long they get along and don't bite each other rough enough to break the skin, and if everyone is up to date on vaccines **
