My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What my friends at ACC say about me:

My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!

It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.

I am playful and cute!

I will need daily physical activity to keep me healthy and happy!

A volunteer writes: There is a special caramel nugget I could not wait to meet this weekend. And meeting Remy is every bit as wonderful as I could have imagined. Remy is a sweet little girl with a pink nose, conveniently the color of sausage so if she gets some crumbs on there you won't even notice. Remy has epic forehead wrinkles, elephant ears, and the most boopable snoot.
In Far Rockaway, Remy was found - get this - sitting on a recliner! She had been tied up and conveniently her leash was long enough to let her relax on a cozy throne until the police retrieved her to bring her to ACC. We don't know why she was tied up on a median of a road or what her history was before this point. Now at the shelter, she is quickly becoming stressed by the noisy and busy environment. Remy has been with up less than a week but is in need of a quiet place to land to decompress from all her recent life changes.
