My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Blue
This beautiful blue-eyed boy came to us at Angels after being being abandoned by his owners. Perhaps they thought he was untrainable, stubborn or maybe even dumb. But we quickly realized he is none of these. He is sweet, gentle and loving both with people and other dog. We also quickly discovered that he is also deaf. We have started to teach him hand commands and he is so happy to be able to show us how eager he is to learn and how smart he truly is. He is one of those dogs that, despite challenges that may have been thrown at him, he is so loving, affectionate and just so grateful to now be understood.
We look forward to finding a forever person for Blue who understands his training needs and is excited as we are to see him now blossom into the wonderful dog that he is

Angel's Animal Rescue Society is run by the founders of the society and volunteers. Although we try to respond to our e-mails and telephone calls on the same day we receive them, sometimes this is not always possible. Please be patient with us and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible!

Go meet their pets

Our animals are available for viewing by calling the rescue and arranging a viewing date and time. As the rescue is run by the founders and volunteers, it is important to ensure that contact is made with the rescue for viewing.

All available animals can be seen on our website, but by contacting the rescue and discussing what you are looking for in an animal the rescue can assist with matching you to the perfect pet even if the pet may not be quite ready to leave the rescue.

More about this shelter

Angel's Animal Rescue Society was started and named after a dog that was badly injured in a car accident. Two people died in the accident, but Angel survived. Thus, we dedicate this facility to the "warrior" called Angel.

The work of Angel's Animal Rescue Society is supported entirely by donations. Through the generous hearts of people like you, animals that were once lonely, afraid and hungry, have been able to come to Angel's and learn how to love, play and trust again.

Our Mission:

Angel's Animal Rescue Society will provide a safe-haven for dogs (an other animals) that have been abused, abondoned and neglected.

By methods of rehabilitation, we will help them find their canine-selves, a balanced state of mind, and the ability to adapt well to their new home.

Angel's will offer the human breed a place to learn communication, care and compassion for and from the animals that reside here.

Their education will be instrumental in "Breaking the Chains of Abuse".
