My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Linus is a fun, loving, goofy, bouncy Great Pyrenees that is over 100 lb of FUN FUN FUN! Breed experience is required to ensure the best home for Linus, someone that understands this breed's behavior, diet, and characteristics (and appreciates his big size). He's a fantastic dog that is ready for his forever home as a PET - not a farm/work dog.

Due to his size, we reccomend no small children

He would do best as a solo dog, but could live with another dog with a slow introduction.

Once again - BREED EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Before meeting a pet, all adopters must submit an app for review to see if they qualify and if their lifestyle matches the dog.

2.

Home Check

A volunteer will call potential adopter to ask additional questions and schedule a home check, following a meet and greet with the family.

3.

Approve Application

If home check and meet abs greet go well, we approve the app and will schedule a day that works best for a foster to adopt 14 day trial.

4.

Sign Adoption Contract

After trial if family and the DHRA feels you are a compatible match, then we will complete the process with the final adoption contract.

5.

Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract is signed adopter is required to pay adoption fee immediately via check, cash, or credit/debit card.

Additional adoption info

We reserve the right to refuse any adoption we consider unsatisfactory. Please be aware that all applicants must be at least 21 years old to adopt from Drool School Rescue and that we require a home check before we proceed to start foster/adoption.
