Sweet Frazier was an owner surrender to Animal Control. Frazier was most likely mistreated as a kitten. He is easily excited and high energy. Frazier needs to be in a home as the only pet with someone who will play with him and spend time with him. He is a very smart cat who could probably learn some tricks and be very entertaining in the right home. Frazier has a lot of love to give. Please understand he will need time to trust you.
