If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Ember was a rescue from Lake County Florida. She came to me as a stray but quickly adapted into the home environment. Her history prior to being with me is unknown though there are a few indicators that she was previously mistreated. She loves to lay at your feet, loves snuggles and being loved on. She does great around children, other dogs, and cats. Bath time she deals with but likes them outside. She is a very gentle dog.
She comes from a home with a toddler, cat, and a second dog. She’s very routine based in her day to day and prefers structure. Ember loves to run around a fenced yard. She is not a fan of a leash but will tolerate it if necessary.
When rescued Ember was estimated to be 1 years old. However her exact age is unknown. She’s playful and loves interacting with everyone.
