My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Reyna and I'm a 3 year old Great Pyrenees mix. I am truly a gentle giant. I was rescued from a shelter after my owner passed away. I'm a bit underweight and my foster family is helping me gain the proper weight per my breed. I'm an easy going girl who gets along with all animals. I love everyone I meet, especially children. Fully potty trained and crate trained but prefer to sleep on a dog bed during the night or when you are at work. Car rides are great also and I'm very polite wherever you take me. I know basic commands. I'll even shake for a treat. Being outside and patrolling my yard is one of my favorite things. I will alert you when we have a visitor. I am a guardian dog after all. If you are looking for a sweet easy going dog, look no further!

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.

Submit Application

Approve Application

We perform vet and landlord checks if necessary and will contact you if your application is approved.

3.
Meet the Pet

If approved, a volunteer will bring the dog to your home for a meet & greet and home check.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the adoption representative and you agree the dog is a good fit for your family, you will complete the adoption contract and pay the fee.

As a network of foster homes, we do not have a "shelter location". We do hold meet and greet events each month at various locations where you can meet our precious pitties. Otherwise, meet and greets are only available with an approved application and home visit.
