My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buddy, a gentle adult male cat with a heart as big as his name suggests. Buddy started his life as an outdoor cat, and though his previous owner had him ear-tipped, Buddy made it clear he preferred the cozy comfort of indoor living. Life took an unexpected turn, and now Buddy is searching for his true forever home. He’s an incredibly loving, super sweet, and wonderfully calm companion who adores affection and quiet moments with his humans. Buddy’s transition from outdoor explorer to indoor sweetheart proves his adaptable and loving nature. If you’re looking for a mellow and affectionate friend to share your home, Buddy is ready to fill your days with purrs and warmth!

We do not adopt to anyone that has any intentions of doing a declaw surgery. We deem this as inhumane and very harmful to the cats.

More about this rescue

We obtained our 501(c)(3) last fall, but I – Char started rescuing three years ago. With Sharon’s help we were able to take in several cats and kittens the first year to be vetted, fixed and adopted. Two years ago Debbie volunteered to help me with TNR program for MGCHS. After Debbie and I teamed up on the TNR program our collection of cats has escalated. Between the 3 of us and with the help from our volunteers and donations we seem to be able take care of all their needs.
We can’t save them all, but we can sure try. With your help we can save even more. We do have an amazon wish list filled with supplies that are needed and enjoyed by all of the kitties
