**WELCOME BAMBI** Age 2mos (DOB 9/6/24) Phoenix AZ.

Please help us welcome this adorable CHUG to the FTP family! Bambi is a Pug/Chihuahua mix weighing at a tiny 6lbs. She is in the process of getting fully vetted and will be UTD on shots, altered and microchipped prior to adoption.

Here is her story.............
A wonderful person that we were in contact with about adoption for our previous Chug Linus (Linus was already in the process of being adopted by another family) ...they really wanted a male to be a companion for their female. They kept looking and found 2 sibling CHUG's for sale on Craigslist. They wanted the male...but just did not get a good feeling about leaving the female behind. You know you just get that pit of your stomach feeling somethings not quite right! So, she reached back out to us to see if we could help in the situation and rescue the female. I don't want to get into all the sketchy details....but they were able to take both dogs out of the situation and we took in the female and named her Bambi.

We get the feeling the puppies may have been possibly fending for themselves. Bambi is so sweet and friendly but understandably a bit nervous. She is curious and was very hungry! She immediately woofed down a plate of food. We definitely think when she realizes she is safe her personality will come out and she will relax.
