My name is Oakley! I am a very big strong boy who loves the attention of anyone who will give it to me, I especially enjoy belly rubs. I LOVE bath time and water, too! I am good with most dogs but not all, I haven't been around cats. I am very overweight at 106 pounds and need someone who will limit my food and treats so I can become the best version of myself. The veterinarian says I should lose 15-20 pounds. I enjoy short walks and I walk beautifully with a Gentle Leader. I am potty trained and crate trained. I am 2 1/2 years old. My Dad is an AKC registered German Shepherd, Mom is a beautiful smaller black lab mix.

If we find a good match for you, you can pay the adoption fee, sign the contract, and take the pet home!

Additional adoption info

Adopters fill out a no-obligation contract. If approved, they will fill out a contract for the animal. Adoption fees are $200 per dog ($250 for puppies 6 months and younger) and $60 for cats ($100 for kittens), which includes spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip registration, deworming medications, heartworm and flea preventative.

This is a small, foster based rescue run by volunteers. Please be patient as it may take a few days to approve your application.
