Hi my name is Alie and I am just the sweetest girl! My mom had a sudden traumatic injury leaving her unable to care for me which is why I am looking for a new home. Now that we are over the sad stuff let’s talk about how cute I am!!! I am a 3 year old heeler/ beagle mix and am the perfect size 30 lbs! I am dog friendly and lived with a cat! I love kids but due to me being a little nervous with all the change happening my foster mom thinks kid 8+ would be the perfect match! I am playful and energetic but I do have an off switch and will lay down and cuddle. I am crate trained snd sleep in my crate without making a fuss! I’d love to have another dog to play with as I love my foster siblings but would also do fine being an only dog! I walk politely on a leash and have good manners!

Our adoption process starts with the applicant filling out an adoption application for the pet they are interested in. When they have completed and submitted the application, the screening process is started, which consists of a vet check, phone interview and home visit. Once all the steps are completed, we determine, by our findings, if they are approved, and if so, then they are allowed to adopt from our organization. The final step is they must complete the adoption contract, along with the donation for the animal, which goes into our medical fund to defray their medical costs. All of our animals are spayed and neutered, up to date on all their shots, including rabies, they are parasite free and on heartworm preventative.

More about this rescue

We are the Burlington County Animal Alliance (BCAA)located in Central New Jersey. We are a non-profit organization 501(3)(c), all volunteer rescue that saves animals from our local shelter and surrounding areas of New Jersey that are in danger of being euthanized. We take them into our program, get them the necessary medical care they need and adopt them back out to loving forever homes. We have 60 volunteers, many that open their homes to foster the homeless animals, we do fundraisers to raise money so we can continue to save the dogs and cats in need. We run strictly on donations from our adoptions and people who support our work.BCAA adopts to families in New Jersey, parts of Southeastern Pennsylvania and parts of New York.
