My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tom Tom is a very handsome tuxedo boy. We don’t know for certain how old he is but we believe he is a little over a year old (born approximately 10/9/2023) so he has many years of joy to provide to his new family. His current mom is a senior who is moving somewhere that Tom Tom cannot follow

Tom Tom is super playful and particularly enjoys wand toys. He sometimes gets the zoomies which is always fun to watch. If there is a fly that catches his eye, he can chase it all day which always gave a good laugh to his previous human mom.

He is a mostly independent cat but he does enjoy petting and will lay next to you for pets when he is comfortable and feels safe. He will sometimes sleep on the foot of the bed but he also likes to do some exploring at night. He likes to be brushed which is important with his medium-hair coat and he enjoys kneading on a soft blanket.

Tom Tom can be a cuddler especially when you are handing him treats. He is truly a sweetheart once he gets to know you and he can be quite chatty when he feels like having a conversation with you. When visitors arrive, he will hide but eventually his curiosity will bring him out in a reasonable time to see what’s happening. He has never lived with children, dogs, or other cats so we don’t have any “real life” experience to know how a situation like that may be.

Tom Tom will go to his new home with a favorite scratching post and toys and other items to help him have a fresh start with his new family. Can you make room for Tom Tom in your heart and home today?
