Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Enchantress is a domestic shorthair who came to us in September of 2024 along with her 3 siblings! Unfortunately, her and her brother Slade came with a very bad eye infection that left scarring over one of their eyes, in her case it was her left eye and her scarring is a bit more severe than her brother's. This does NOT slow this little girl down one bit though! She is a wild girl with a outgoing spirit and loves to play with her kitten friends! She isn't completely blind in that eye, she just can only make out shapes, not detail but don't worry because her other eye and extreme senses make up for it! We recommend she goes home with another cat or kitten to keep her company as this little one is very energetic!
If you are interested in meeting Enchantress, please submit an application at www.valleyanimal.org

More about this shelter
Valley Animal Center houses thousands of dogs and cats annually until they are placed in loving homes. Majority of our shelter animals are rescued from local animal control agencies who have no more space for their animals. Even animals who have been abused, mistreated, abandoned, and injured are cared for and nurtured until a loving home is ready to adopt them.
We are easily accessible to the residents of the entire six-county region it serves. Even individuals from out of the area and out of state have come to Valley Animal Center to adopt animals from us and utilize our clinic services.
Our mission is to unite dogs and cat with loving people but it does not simply end at the adoption process. With our low-cost clinic, a membership-based dog park, and humane education resources found on our website, we want to ensure our community has easy access to resources that will help them along in their pet ownership journey.
