Hi there, I’m Meadow!

I know I look like a little fox, but I promise I’m just a sweet and gentle Chihuahua and Rat Terrier mix. I’m about 18 months old and weigh 14 pounds, which makes me the perfect size for cuddling, don’t you think? Oh, and have you noticed my big bat-wing ears? They’re great for listening to all your secrets (and maybe a little gossip).

I came here as a stray, so I’ve been on my own for a while. That’s made me a little shy at first, but don’t let that fool you—I warm up so quickly once I realize you’re a kind soul. All it takes is a little patience and love, and soon I’ll be leaning into your hand for more pets and giving you my full attention. I adore gentle affection and will absolutely melt once I feel safe and loved.

I get along well with other dogs, so I wouldn’t mind having a canine buddy to show me the ropes. I may not have had the easiest start, but I’m ready to leave those tough days behind and focus on being your loyal little sidekick.
