Casper Sebastian!

Casper Sebastian will be 4 yrs old on December 7. He came to me from a breeder in Missouri. Casper is a miniature American Eskimo, about 35 lbs. He is a perfect angel 99% of the time at home and at daycare. Casper has several
issues:
1.) he lunges and barks at other dogs in the neighborhood, it is fear, leash aggression, however, even with some training I haven’t been able to make much progress. Casper needs additional training and a pet owner that is patient and consistent.
2.) Casper doesn’t come when called.
3.) Casper is afraid of strangers and will bark and growl until he gets to know a person.

He has no bad habits. He is very sweet and gentle.
He would thrive in a home where he can run, hike, and play. He loves car rides and playing in the snow.
