Here's what the humans have to say about me:
A23757 Honey Buns is a beige and white colored, approximately 4-year-old, 62-pound, neutered male, Bulldog/Pitbull mix.
He entered the shelter as a stray on 11-16-2024 and was altered by our medical staff.
Honey Buns is a friendly, eager and excited boy here at the shelter. Our staff says he is a very excited and jumps around when he knows you are talking to him. They say he is high energy and playful. However, he is a snuggler and will curl up with you, seems to love butt and hip scratches the best. He will need an active family who will give him lots of attention and toys to play with. He was a little difficult to leash because he was so excited to be going for a walk. He is a strong puller in his excitement. He has had some training and will “sit” upon command. He is overstimulated here and is questionable at best about other dogs. If the dog is being aggressive and barking at him, he is trying to get into their kennel. If the dog is calm, he has no interest. A meet and greet is recommended if you have another dog in the home. Honey Buns will be a fun-loving family member in his new forever home.
