My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cane! 🐾

Cane is a handsome and affectionate 5-year-old Miniature Australian Shepherd who’s ready to find his forever family! Weighing just 20 pounds, Cane is fully vetted, house-trained, and has all the charm you could want in a furry companion.

Here’s what makes Cane so special:
✅ House Trained
✅ Crate Trained
✅ Walks Well on a Leash
✅ Rides Like a Pro in the Car
✅ Good with Strangers
✅ Social Butterfly

Cane loves other dogs, is great with kids, and enjoys meeting new people. He came to us as an owner surrender with his buddy Cooper Maxwell, and while they don’t need to be adopted together, Cane would thrive in a home with lots of love and attention. Like his buddy, Cane has a fear of fireworks, so he’ll need a safe, quiet place to relax during loud events.

If you’re looking for a loyal, sweet, and easy-going addition to your family, Cane might just be your perfect match!

Apply to adopt Cane today and let this lovable guy brighten your life! ❤️

Go meet their pets

After being approved by a team member, you'll be able to schedule a meet and greet with the pup that best matches your needs.

All of our pets are in private foster homes and many times the meeting will happen in a safe public location.

All animals are available to begin their home trials once the meeting has concluded and the rescue agrees to allow the pet to move forward to this stage.
