Joey is a cheerful little guy who was found as a stray. Sadly, no one came forward to claim him, but now he’s ready to find his forever family! Joey is a friendly pup who loves playing with other dogs and lounging in the yard on nice days.

This happy boy is always full of joy and is sure to bring lots of smiles to his new home. Since Joey’s past is a mystery, his training is unknown, so he may need a little help with potty training as he settles in.

More about this rescue

Arizona Small Dog Rescue is a non profit registered 501(c)3 no kill rescue shelter. We are a group of volunteers who have dedicated our lives to rescuing and saving homeless, unwanted, abandoned, neglected, and abused small dogs. We save most of our animals from kill shelters around the valley, but also accept owner surrenders and stray surrenders. Owner surrender fee’s vary depending on space and availability. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, medically examine, microchip, and evaluate and/or socialize all dogs that come into our rescue before placing up for adoption to pre-screened homes. We rescue many dogs every week and always have a wide variety of personalities and breeds available who would be a perfect fit for any family and any home.
