Norman's ideal home would be adult-only or with older children who can respect his boundaries. While he's never bitten anyone, he experiences anxiety and displays aggression around smaller kids, so he'll need a home where he feels safe and secure. An experienced dog-owner who is familiar with rescues and dogs with anxiety/fear issues would be preferable.
