Penelope was a bottle fed baby. She's very affectionate and loves attention. She has been well socialized with other cats/kittens and people of all ages. Penelope is a Torti. She is looking for a foster or foster to adopt home. She is also ready for pre-adoption. We are hoping to have her spayed after Thanksgiving where she will then be ready to officially be adopted.
