My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are unable to provide Percy with the home he needs.
He is very vocal likely because he is left alone for long periods of time. He tolerates other cats and when he is happy, he is the sweetest most loving soft and cuddly boy! We cannot give him the time and attention he needs.

He is 4-5 years old, loves going outside, doesn't really play with traditional cat toys.
