My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!

It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.

I'm an independent kitty who likes to do my own thing.

I have feline leukemia and am living my life to the fullest!

I am FIV+ and am enjoying a healthy, full life!

Rusty was lying quietly in the loaf position on top of the den accepted all petting, leaning in nicely for cheek rubs, and raising his rear for lower back petting. He ignored treats and was calm during a pick up at times he closes his eyes or slow blinked. He even slow blinked in response to the assessor blinking.

Rusty interacts with the assessor, appreciates & solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is suitable for any level of adopter experience.
