My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Benny is the sweetest little boy you’ll ever meet. Benny spent his first 3 yrs as a breeder for a backyard breeder. Despite his beginnings this boy has a fantastic personality and loving temperament. Benny is a happy boy with a tail that never stops wagging. Benny was recently neutered and had a dental done. He lost 12 teeth with this procedure. He is clear on hw/lyme, microchipped. He will need some work with housebreaking but he’s a bright boy who’s eager to please. Benny loves the companionship of other dogs.Benny can be afraid of meeting new people but usually warms up quickly. He is doing great with housebreaking

Additional adoption info

Fee's vary according to age and health needs when dog's come into rescue. We have a contract that states that a dog must be returned to our rescue if the owner is unable to keep it at any time. Refferences are required and will be checked.

More about this rescue

I have been involved in rescue for the past ten years ever since I was asked to foster a pregnant boxer for another rescue. Beth was doing rescue on her own as was Rozanne who did alot of fostering for the Monroeville shelter. This year we decided to ghet together and apply for our 501c3 as Sad Tails of PA or SAD for short.
