My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scotch here ! This boy is the most nervous out of the group. He would rather be a watcher than a leader or follower. Scotch prefers to hide under a table or off to the side and watch the chaos of his siblings. Don't get us wrong , he does play and get the zoomies, which consists of an adorable mix of belly crawling and butt dragging at an immensely fast speed. He is NOT potty or kennel trained. He good with kids and dogs - cats he just wants to play with but some kitties won't like that. Don't be sucked into the stunning color and lose sight of the personality and work. He is a total puppy and needs a home ready and committed to that- even past the 'cute puppy stage'. The suggested breeds can be a lot of work and will need a lot of activity and socializing.

Home Check

We ask for a virtual home tour (pictures or videos) Can be submitted through the application or when we contact.

3.
Interview

We will discuss what your looking for and if the current pet fits that or match you with someone who does . Done via phone.

4.
Approve Application

There is 3 days from time of approved app to determine a meet and greet

5.
Meet the Pet

All household members must be present and any current dogs.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Fee is paid. Adoption photo (if adopter is okay with ) is taken

7.
Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

We keep our applications on file for a year. We try very hard for the best match all around. Definitely can switch the dog you applied for if a better fit is found.

We are a foster based rescue so unles we have am adoption event (usually hosted at appleton petsmart) we require an approved application on file to make an appointment to see whom interests you.
