Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Come meet me and 100+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's MEGA adoption event, Home for the Holidays! Saturday, December 14th, 2024 at Immanual Union Church (693 Jewett Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314) from 11am-3pm.
Meet Eral! Eral is a 2 month old, 8 pound Boxer mix who loves kisses and cuddles and being close to people.
Eral loves all people, but especially loves children! His superpowers include being playful and getting along great with other dogs and even cats. This pup is not just super cute; he's a gentle treat-taker and plays with a soft touch that reflects his kind nature.
Eral is discovering the joys of life; chasing tennis balls and all the chew toys - every day is a new adventure for this sweet boy! However, he's not all play: he equally enjoys to lay in a sunny spot or snuggle up a fuzzy blanket. When it's time to rest he settles down in his crate, sleeping soundly overnight.
Eral has made amazing progress with using the wee-wee pad. Once he's a bit older he will take his talents on the leash!
Looking for companionship and affection? Eral is a devoted shadow, following you around and seizing any opportunity to hop into your lap for some quality cuddle time. He will melt right into your arms and lap like butter. This beautiful boy is eagerly waiting to become a cherished member of your family!
Eral is currently being fostered in Middletown, NJ. His adoption fee is $500.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
