We rescued Keira from a home where she was not getting the proper care or attention she needed. We knew we could get her back to health and ready for a forever home. She is up to a healthy weight, updated on shots, and receives vitamins for itchy skin which is common with her breed. She is a very loyal dog, clingy with her humans, and loves to romp and play with dogs and humans alike. She is slow to warm to other dogs, but does well in a home with another dog. She is dominant, and we have discovered that she can be leash reactive. She just needs a little more one on one training on the leash. We love her, but we are not in a situation to have two dogs in our home with a baby coming soon and less time to give her the exercise and attention she needs. An active family would suit her best!
