My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rumble's Profile

  • Breed: Jack Russell

  • Age: 10 weeks

  • Sex: Male

  • Spayed/Neutered: Yes

  • Vaccinations: Up-to-date

  • Microchipped: Yes

  • Origin: Came from a kill shelter in New Mexico

Behavioral Characteristics

  • Energy Level: Very high, has the energy of two puppies

  • Dog Socialization: Does well with other dogs

  • Human Socialization: Loves his humans

Medical History

  • Rumble is up-to-date on all his vaccinations.

  • He has been microchipped for identification purposes.

  • As a young puppy, he is likely still in good health, having come from a shelter environment.

  • His high energy levels are typical for a Jack Russell puppy of his age.

Potential Needs and Considerations

  • Rumble will require an active household that can provide him with plenty of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation to prevent boredom and destructive behaviors.

  • His strong prey drive and high energy levels mean he will need training and socialization to learn appropriate behaviors.

  • Potential adopters should be prepared to invest time and patience into Rumble's training and development to channel his energy in positive ways.

  • A fenced yard or access to safe off-leash areas would be ideal to allow Rumble to safely burn off his abundant energy.

In summary, Rumble is a high-energy, social Jack Russell puppy who will need an experienced, active owner committed to his training and care. With the right environment and guidance, he has the potential to be a wonderful, loving companion.

More about this shelter

I started rescuing dogs when I found out that the strays in town were not given an opportunity to be adopted but they didn't have any where for the dogs to go. This rescue/shelter gives them all a chance to find a perfect family. My hope is that all strays and owner surrenders will have a great new chance at a life they deserve. With the help and support of my family, friends and community we will keep saving them.
