Meet Alben!

This male chi/terrier mix is around 5-6 years old and 15 pounds. He came in with his brother, but we have discovered they really are not very bonded so can be adopted separately! Alben is the shy one! He’s fine with other dogs or cats! Sweet little guy! Let’s find him his forever!

Russell Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization. It was started in 2008 by Mary Ruth Rogers of Columbia, TN. Our mission is to save and re-home unloved, abandoned and abused dogs, especially the Jack Russell terrier. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters in Tennessee, and other nearby states.
