My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fras may not actually be a kitten, there's no way so much personality and quirks could be contained in such a tiny kitty. Every day there is a new "what are you doing?" moment. She recently learned to slide the entire food dish towards her when she wants to be greedy. Fras also likes to sit on you. Sometimes with her whole body, sometimes just one paw. She's always very interested in what you're doing or what you have to offer her and usually has lots of chirps and trills to sound off when she's trying to communicate. In true tortitude fashion, she has a flare for the dramatic also and will scream out in protest if she is attacked by her sibling one minute and starts the tussle the next. She is really so much fun. Make sure she gets a few cardboard scratchers for Christmas and lots of catnip!

If you are interested in a cat or kitten from our rescue, the first step in the adoption process is to fill out an adoption application. Once the completed application is submitted, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted by our organization to discuss your adoption application and the kitty of interest.

Our rescue adopts our cats or kittens locally in Roswell, Georgia, or the surrounding areas. Weekend adoption events are held every Saturday from 1 pm - 5 pm in the cat adoption room inside PetSmart located at 625 W Crossville Road, Roswell, GA 30075. Additional adoption times can be made by appointment only. We ask that you complete an adoption application prior to scheduling an appointment with our organization.

At the time of adoption, our cats and kittens are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations (FVRCP, FeLV, and Rabies), spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas, and combo tested for FIV/FeLV/HW. Our adoption fees are $195 for one kitty and $350 for a pair of kitties. These adoption fees are subject to change. Processing fees will apply for payments made by credit card or PayPal. Founded in 2011, All About Cats Rescue and Adoption is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Roswell, Georgia that is committed to saving the lives of cats and kittens in our community from high-kill local shelters. Our rescue makes sure the kitties in our organization receive age-appropriate medical care prior to adoption which includes spay/neuter surgeries, testing for FIV/FeLV/HW, vaccinations, microchipping, and rabies shots as required by law.
