My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Daffodil-girl! As fluffy as can get & beyond a darling. She always beaming with curiosity for the big wide world, and truly adorable. At about 2 months old, and 5 pounds - she's definitely the biggest eater of the girls! A huge fan of snuggles, and face licks, too! With her adorable poofy hair, and curly all down her back, how could we say no to a second helping? Daffodil just ADORES getting all the attention, loving, and playtime her little puppy dog heart desires!

More about this shelter

We are a non-profit organization out of Monticello, IA specializing in the care for dogs and cats that need us. Our care does not stay local, as we take transports from all over the United States, and adopt all over as well!

Our mission's primary focus is to help reduce the homeless pet population by finding homes for spayed/neutered pets, and helping educate WHY this process is so important, and the proper way to care for pets!
