My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Cutie Judie! She impressed me right off the bat as I met her with her obedience! It's not too often you find a hound doggy mix that actually listens! Especially at her partial-puppy age of 8 months old! Jud is crate-trained, knows her basic skills, LOVES everyone & everything, AND has the experience of her life living at her old home with her family. When I say it doesn't get much better than a wiggle butt girl like this, with the floppiest of floppy ears, I mean it! I think Jud's ideal home would be one that offers lots of lovin's, cuddles, and definitely some walks here and there! But otherwise, I think she will do amazingly in just about any loving home! Plus, at about 25-30 pounds, she will FIT in anywhere!

We are a non-profit organization out of Monticello, IA specializing in the care for dogs and cats that need us. Our care does not stay local, as we take transports from all over the United States, and adopt all over as well!

Our mission's primary focus is to help reduce the homeless pet population by finding homes for spayed/neutered pets, and helping educate WHY this process is so important, and the proper way to care for pets!
