Jesse is a sweet and friendly puppy who loves to run and play and gets along with everyone she meets. And those ears! She is a quirky funny girl who loves to follow her foster mom from room to room, tail wagging.

Jesse was taken in by local family in Mississippi when she was a small puppy but the family recently fell on hard times and medical issues have made it impossible for them to keep Jesse. They are heartbroken, but Wags has stepped in to help find Jessie a loving new home of her own. Jesse is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Wags is a registered 501 C3, it is a struggling rescue in Mississippi where one woman cares for almost 150 homeless dogs. Adoption donations are our only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fees include the transport, vaccines, spay or neuter.

We often do FaceTime or zoom so we can meet virtually and see where you live. It’s important to us that a dog is the right fit for your family and that you are the right fit for our dog. We will always take our dogs back if there is any issue.

More about this rescue

We are a licensed 501(c) three rescue based in northern Mississippi. There are about 150 dogs at our facility and they are transported several times a month to the northeast.
