Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Marley is UTD on vaccinations, neutered, and on flea/tick/HW preventatives. Marley is a big guy weighing about 65lbs. He is heart worm positive and has had pre treatment with antibiotics.
We will begin full treatment once he is in a home where he can have a quiet place to rest after treatment.
Marley will need a controlled introduction with other dogs as he was used a bait dog in his past. He is not cat friendly. Marley is very social with humans and smart. He needs leash training, pulls hard right now. He is in a foster home and has been in an outside pen so he is not houstrained.
We’d love to get Marley into a foster or permanent home where he can receive more training and socialization.

Our small, volunteer based, non-profit was formed in September 2023. Our city run shelter was grossly underfunded so we stepped in to fundraise and financially assist with vet care, transports, and food for the animals at the shelter. In January 2024, our city council decided to no longer fund the animal control department. Since that time, we have continued to assist with the care of animals in our community. Our goals are to find fantastic forever homes for these amazing dogs and focus on spaying and neutering homeless animals in effort to greatly reduce the vicious cycle of unwanted litters born on the street.
