I am a four year old weenier dog/chihuahua mix with a heart full of gold and short lil leggies. At 14 pounds, I'm fully grown and considered a small sized dog. I am a special little guy with some special needs; I have recently tested positive for heartworms and will start my treatment when I find my people. We do not have applications our adoptions are first come, first serve.

Take the Pet Home

All available pets are spay/neutered and ready to go home immediately.

Additional adoption info

$100 Adoption Fee

Our adoption fee includes Spay/Neuter, heartworm/leukemia testing, initial vaccinations, deworming, flea preventive, micro chip, sample bag of food and various other services.

We take in animals that are brought in by Cherokee County Animal Control officers, animals owned by citizens of Cherokee County and unwanted strays found in Cherokee County. The Cherokee County Animal Shelter also adopts animals out to the public.
