Meet Cali! Cali is about 5 years old, 3 lbs, and she likely has some Chihuahua in her mix! In her foster home, she is working hard on her house-training, crate training and does well on leash. She could go to a home with other small dogs and older children. She ideally needs someone who is home most of the day.
