Hi! My name is Primrose! I'm a 6 month old Catahoula, Australian Shepherd mix and weigh in at 27 pounds. I'm good with other dogs, cats and kids of all ages. Please pick me! I still need to be spayed and receive my rabies vaccination, but you can reserve me for adoption today! I can come home in a week! All animals at HSO are current on their vaccinations and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. If not already spayed/neutered, there may be a short delay between when you select this pet and when they are ready to go home.

Breed and age are determined based on observable physical traits. Actual lineage and birth date are rarely known.

When you decide to adopt a pet, we charge a fee to cover some of our costs. (Except for 2 employees, all others are volunteers!) If there is any problem with your adopted pet, call us to work out a solution. Occasionally, we do take adopted pets back, but very seldom. This is why visiting our shelter is so important! We are willing to work with you! And we appreciate referrals!
