Hi there! My name is Rose, and I`m one cool cat with a heart of gold. As an adventurous feline, I`m always eager to try new things. Whether it`s climbing to the highest perch on the cat tower or engaging in a playful game of chase, I approach life with a carefree and happy attitude. When I`m not busy being active, you can find me basking in the sun or snuggling up for a cozy nap. So if you`re looking for a loyal and affectionate companion, I`m your girl! How did I get here? I was transferred from Mitchell County Animal Rescue as part of Hurricane Helene relief efforts.

**I will be spayed before going home. I am currently living at the admission center - please fill out a survey and select a phone appointment to complete the adoption process. Once that process is complete, your adoption specialist will schedule a time for you to meet me in person!**

Adoption Fees:
Dogs 7 months and older: $95
Puppies 6 months and younger: $300
Cats 7 months and older: $45
Kittens 6 months and younger: $150
Rabbits: $35
Guinea pigs: $15

Adoption fees for dogs and cats include:
First vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, deworming and flea preventative.

All cats and kittens have been tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).

All dogs and puppies have received heartworm preventative, and dogs/puppies over the age of six months have been tested for heartworms.

All rabbits are spayed or neutered.

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Wake County is dedicated to creating a more humane community where every adoptable animal has a home. Each year the SPCA rehomes over 3,500 animals through its innovative adoption programs.
