My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sesame Seed is a spunky, playful little girl with lots of energy. But don’t get it twisted, she also loves to relax while getting lots of cuddles and pets too! She absolutely loves attention and wants to follow you around wherever you go.

She does great with other dogs and would do well in a home that has another dog as a playmate. Her sister Poppy and her play great together, you can tell they’ve been glued at the hip for as long as they’ve known, but with time they would do just fine either being a solo dog that gets lots of attention and playtime or with another playmate since they cannot be adopted together.

Sesame Seed walks well on a leash but also loves having a securely fenced in backyard to run around in. Because she’s so small though, she would be a great fit for any size home. She is still getting the hang of being fully house broken but as long as she gets consistent outside time morning, night, and a few times throughout the day she has done really well. She does perfectly fine in a crate for being left alone or sleeping overnight. She is going to be such an amazing addition to her forever family, with so much love to give and being the perfect size to go just about anywhere with you!

***Please Note: All the available dogs listed on our website are getting spoiled in private foster homes. If someone has caught your eye and you wish to arrange a meet and greet, we do need you to fill out the adoption application. When your adoption application is received our screening team will verify the information given. Once your application has been confirmed and approved, we will be send it over to the foster parent for review to determine if your home is a good match for the dog. In the event one lucky dog receives multiple applications, please know we do not select based on a first come basis. We try our best to select the best-fit for our animals and families. ***
