My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Mariel. She is approximately 5-6 years old and came from a puppy mill and was very shut down. Mariel is a calm lady who is working to overcome her past and learning that not all humans are bad, though fast movements scare her. She has started soliciting pets and her little tail wags upon meeting other dogs. She loves to explore outside and watches the goings on of the household from her bed, venturing out to do zoomies and bop around happily. She’s smart and sweet and loves chew toys. Ideally she’ll find a calm and patient home who appreciates her resilience. Mariel is spayed, microchipped and current on her vaccines. Mariel will require a home with another dog to continue her progress in learning to be a dog.
