Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Come in to our Shelter, and tour our facility with a Officer to find your potential FUR-ever friend!

2.

Meet the Pet

One of our Officers will assist you (if able) with taking the pet to one of our bonding areas for an interaction.

3.

Sign Adoption Contract

If you find your next pet, the Officer can take you to our Front Office staff to process your adoption. You must be 18yrs of age, or older.

4.

Pay Fee

Our standard adoption rate is $115.00, it includes a microchip, vaccines, and surgery to alter the pet you adopt. Check out our specials!

5.

Take the Pet Home

Once the adoption process is complete, and the pet is spayed or neutered, you may then take your new pet home with you!

By offering low cost or no cost adoptions, our adoption process is designed to remove the barriers to pet ownership.

Cobb County Animal Services is an Open Admission shelter. We serve as a resource for all the Cobb County community. We only accept animals located within Cobb County. This includes unwanted, found, and stray animals. In addition, we impound animals from instances of Animal Cruelty and Abandonment.

We are licensed through the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
