Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Queso is a friendly orange cat with a warm and welcoming personality. His vibrant coat and affectionate nature make him a favorite among everyone who meets him. Queso brings a lot of joy and companionship to his foster home.
Queso was found having seizures when he was only a few days old. They were caused by a virus and he has never had another seizure. He doesn't have any health issues but he is a little particular. His gait is a little off but he gets around just fine and can jump up on the couch. His vision and hearing has also been affected. He's not blind or deaf but he sometimes acts like he sees shadows that are not there and the sound of silverware clinking together really excites him.
He's the sweetest boy who will steal your heart he's just a little different.
Queso is neutered, microchipped and UTD on his vaccines.

More about this rescue
Friends of Rescue is a certified 501(c)(3) organization formed in 2009, consisting of volunteers who are devoted to saving shelter animals that are in danger of euthanasia. Southern shelters have a constant overflow of dogs and cats, little funding, and limited space. Once the animals arrive at the shelter, they have very little time. It is our goal to help save these adoptable animals and find loving individuals/families who will provide committed, FORever homes. We are NOT professional trainers or animal behaviorists; simply volunteers who are trying to save these animals from euthanasia. Each animal in our program is in a foster home and receives all age-appropriate vetting while in our care.
